Our Philosophy

“Sapna” means dream.

We believe in small, individualized programs for adolescents in their late teens and young adults, which include community outreach and social groups. Our work is centered around helping individuals and families move closer to their dreams by developing skills that increase independence, confidence, and quality of life.

We believe:

• Independence creates opportunity

• Families are essential partners in progress

• Small skills build meaningful change

• Every individual deserves respect and dignity

Through ABA principles, we work collaboratively with families to create positive, lasting behavioral change.

Our Objectives

Our services are guided by the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based approach that focuses on teaching meaningful skills and improving quality of life.

We emphasize:

• Positive reinforcement

• Functional skill development

• Family collaboration

• Ethical and compassionate care

Each program is individualized to meet the unique strengths and needs of every client.

Our Vision

To create a world where individuals and families feel empowered, supported, and confident in reaching their goals.

At Sapna Behavioral Health, we believe that when skills grow, possibilities grow too.
